Hello fellow neighbors,
I’m writing to encourage you to attend our quarterly meeting on May 13, 2025, at the Nassau County Library
25 N 4th St., Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 at 5:30 pm.
This meeting we will be discussing several items of interest to all our owners:
We are in the final stages of our Covenants Revisions. We will discuss the results of the amendments voted on and the next steps to finalizing the document and providing it to the owners.
We will discuss Phase 2 of our landscaping project, as well as this years palm tree trimming schedule.
We will also discuss moving forward on some projects that we could really use your help with. 2 BOD positions will be opening at the end of this year, and we would like to form a Nominations Committee to start work this summer. If you are interested in either running for office or working on the Committee, please contact me at the email address below.
Also, in June we are going to start working on revamping our website. We would like to hear if you have any thoughts or ideas on what could be added with the goal of making it a user-friendly resource for our community.
There will be other items discussed as well, I have attached a copy of the Agenda and Protocol for Business Meeting. I encourage you to review both items. Documents to be discussed can be found on our website under the Upcoming Board Meeting tab.

The Bridge to Crosswinds is  Closed  For Repairs

They are hoping to have it completed in mid-June
